Chapter 1: Brazil Canaan Estate by Middle Fork Roasters
Welcome to my new series, everyone! Just a quick bit about how this will work, and then we are on our way. So, every Sunday Morning I drink a cup of coffee and reflect back on the week. Sometimes I’ll listen to music while I think, and if I do I’ll share with y’all what I’m listening to. No matter what, I will always list whatever new coffee blend I’m trying out that morning. Hence the name “Sunday Morning Coffee”.
This week has been challenging. My son has been extremely whiny and argumentative this week, which is understandable as he just recently turned 3. I’m not really sure how to handle such behavior, nothing seems to work very well. It’s been really upsetting, which has made it hard to be patient with him. At least he has been sleeping again. A few weeks ago he just sort of stopped sleeping as he should of been.
I haven’t been sleeping very well, thanks to some health and family issues. I was up until between four and five a.m., this morning which has made this delicious coffee all the more welcome. It has kind of a cookie taste to it… I understand why it’s nicknamed the Cookie Dough Coffee. I definitely recommend it to any medium roast drinkers!
That’s all for today, seeing as I won’t be getting my normal meditation time thanks to my little one roaring like a lion at me. See you next week!
